Our courses and one to one sessions teach fertility awareness and cycle literacy. You learn charting skills and ways to read your own signs. The outcome depends on your own practice. Health history, medicines, and stress can affect your cycle and your charts. We do not guarantee pain relief, conception, or any specific result.
We teach non hormonal methods. No method is perfect. Effectiveness depends on correct and steady use. Illness, medicines, and life changes may affect your signs. If avoiding pregnancy is critical, speak with a clinician. You are responsible for your decisions based on your charts.
We offer menstrual cups and discs, non hormonal options for contraception, and baby friendly lubricant. Read the maker’s instructions.
